Poor quality
We purchased this set in December as a Christmas present for our freshman (hs) catcher as his gear needed to be certified and his old pieces were not. This great has only been worn part of one season and is already falling apart. His helmet face mask came loss during play when the poorly welded pin came apart. My husband hand to put a screw in and grind it down to make sure it was safe. I reached out to Easton through the help page in this item and have yet to receive response (it’s been over a week.) the leg gaurds are worn already and several spots and straps seem like they won’t make it another season. The gear we had replaced was still in great working condition and several seasons old! Absolutely disgusted with the quality of this brand new gear, we shouldn’t be replacing items less than a full season in.
