LOOKのグレーからこちらに変更です。遊びなしということだったので、膝に負担がくるかな？とか考えていましたが杞憂に終わりました。ポジションだけきっちり出せば膝の痛み等全くなく、ペダリング効率が上がったような気がします。次も黒にします。本格的に走りたい人にはオススメ！タイム気にしない人には窮屈に感じるかもです。私は少しでもタイムを縮めたいのでこれは大正解の買い物でした。

I prefer the zero float or the gray set which is about 4.5 degrees float. The red 9 degrees of float is way too much and I feel I lose too much energy, even in casual rides. I don't race, but I like to ride with purpose. I used to have to buy a new pair of these once a quarter when I was commuting to and from work on a daily basis, even when I used covers as I walked a few yards to and from bus/train depots. Recreationally, I've found I only need to change them about once a year because I don't need to walk in my shoes much during a ride. They lose a star because the plastic could be stronger in my opinion.
