Changed my wife's mind on what a vacuum cleaner should be!
First off I want to mention that I paid full price for this product, did not receive and discounts or incentives from the seller at all. This is my honest opinion on this vacuum cleaner. We had a standard upright vacuum cleaner for the longest time, which served it's purpose very well until the hose broke and the unit was no longer serviceable. I had seen these wand-type vacuums around and thought they were pretty nifty, and definitely handy. So when the opportunity to buy a new vacuum came up I decided to go this route (much to my wife's initial dismay I might add). The vacuum was delivered quickly (of course it did - Prime!) And was very well packaged. There is pretty much no assembly required except for locking in the filter and selecting which attachments you would like to try first! The vacuum has wonderful suction, the motorised head and extension wand are a great combo, the LED lighting on the head is just the cherry on the cake for me. We have been using this for around 6 months now, and my wife is officially a concert, she is still making excuses to bust this thing out and use it (as am I truth be told!). All the attachments work extremely well and we have had no issues at all with our unit.As with everything there are a couple of minor items I would criticize. First, the clip that holds the dust bin closed seems like it would be the first thing to fail or break off. It hasn't happened yet, and it may never, but it seems (based on my worldly experience) that it is a definite candidate for a point of failure. The second is I am not overly enamored with how the charger attaches. Sure it works, and is like most other chargers out there, but I feel something that was incorporated into the base, and just required sliding the vacuum onto it's wall mount base in order to connect the charger would have been perfect. Please don't get me wrong, we love our vacuum and if you knew me, the fact that I only have these two complaints aboutnit speaks volumes! If you're in the market for one, get this one, you won't regret it!!

Customer service not reliable
When I initially got this vacuum, I loved it. It picked up dust and debris from my floors without a second thought. It charged quickly and could almost vacuum my whole downstairs before dying. I was a little annoyed that it wouldn't pick up cheerios, but decided that I could live with that. However, after only a couple months of daily use the head broke and the motor started making a whirring sound. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me almost immediately asking for a video of the issues. It took me a couple weeks to get back to them, mostly because I had a pretty new baby (around 6 months) and his sleep schedule was unpredictable. However, when I did get the video and pictures sent to them I didn't hear anything back. I have tried on 3 different occasions to email them and nothing. There was supposedly a 12 month warranty on this product, but I wouldn't count on it.

Light and Strong Vacuum
I bought this with a discount, which made it the cheapest wireless vacuum wit 16000pa. After couple of weeks on trying it, I think it's a good buy.First of all, Amazon and the manufacturer provided decent packing on this. When it arrived, it came with a huge Amazon brown carton, inside which was a brown box covering the color box of the vacuum. All parts and accessories are well organized in there, with battery separately contained in plastic boxSecond, most of the materials are made of good plastics with good finishes, like smooth (not matte) Apple-white. Parts are built with precision, so connecting and disconnecting each other is a breeze (no hustle in assembling). I don't need the manual before putting them on. There are copper pins for electric transfer in parts that move. Wheels are working as promised.Third, the power is strong enough even on low-level. We have hardwood floor and no carpet at all. The lowest level is good enough to pick up regular stuff like dusts, hairs, etc. I thought the so-called 30 minutes working time would be too short, but it cleaned up the whole apartment (3 bedrooms) before battery died. I guess it's because of the strong suction is really good that I don't have to run the floor for multiple pushes.

What you Need to Know
I bought this vac a month ago. I have two shedding dogs, mostly laminate flooring, with a few area rugs or doormats. This won't take the place of a larger vac, but is good for quick run through. The good: it is fairly powerful for what it is and does a good job sucking up hair and dirt. I love that both the regular and HEPA filters are washable. You can wash almost the entire canister too. Easy to empty, although you have to use your fingers to pull the hair clump out that gets jammed between the inside of the canister and the filter. The attachments are all handy and it is easy to reach a cobweb on the ceiling or use the upholstery attachment for couch or stairs. The LED lights on the floor brush are helpful. The not so good: Low power is only effective for hard flooring. For rugs of any sort, you need to run on high. I pretty much use high all the time. And when you run on high, the battery runs out quickly. I can do a quick vac on my first floor on high and then have to recharge. I would guess runs on high for about 10 or 15 minutes, then you have to charge for 3 hours. It is fairly noisy, but all vacs are. Whenever I start to vacuum a rug, the brush roller turns off. I have to turn the vac off and then back on to get it working again. It picks up well on my doormats with no pile. For my area rug with more of a pile, it only does a mediocre job. Again, I'd recommend this for quick vacs daily, but it won't take the place of a full size vac with more suction power. I got on sale for $139. I think that was a fair price and it was much much less expensive than Dyson's, which Consumer Reports no longer recommend because they don't last. If this wasn't on sale and was the regular $179 price, I would carefully look at other vacs for comparison.
