This is a high quality product, I loved everything about it! Very elegant and the music box sounded amazing! Very thrilled with this, it was given to a dear friend in memory of her father. Only suggestion is regarding shipping, it should be placed in a shipping box rather than an envelope because the flimsy box that held the product was all crushed upon arrival and it looked rather ridiculous to give as a gift.

I bought this for a friend and his Father passed away from Covid-19 he really liked it and it is a nice music box.

This is very pretty but you can't tell it plays Amazing Grace. Also, the box came crushed. I read this in another review. I had to take out of the box to give it as the bereavement gift. My friend was extremely touched by the box. I just wish the quality was better. I think these are simple changes that could be easily changed by the company to make this a 5 star.

Gorgeous and well made. My mother will love it for Christmas. It’s kinda hard to hear amazing grace at first it sounds like a different song. But after a bit I can confirm it is the right song.
