Electronic Timer Timed Locks Multi-Function Travel Lock Without Charging Use 3 Years (Black)

I originally purchased the rechargeable version of this product. The first time I tried to recharge it the charging port broke and within one day the screen went blank. The company refunded my money and I discovered that they had just released this non-rechargable version which I then purchased. And I am glad I did. It is much sturdier then the original and very easy to use. The advertising states that this lock is designed for people who want to control their behavior and their cravings. That is why I purchased it and it is doing the job very well for me. It allows me to not have to rely on my will power alone and it gives me better control over this thing that I want to control.

To be quick...the lock does not work. The 3rd step of setup is to press the “M” and “H” button at the same time and the wire rope pops up. Doesnt work. Also nothing on the lock shows on the screen besides a blue LED that does nothing. The directions are in broken english and there is no customer support number or even company besides a logo in Chinese maybe? HUGE throw away of money

I love this product. I use it on my refrigerator. It's nice because of the timing function. However, the last one failed after six months and would not open. I could not open it using the instructions. Fortunately, you can use a bolt cutter to clip the cables. I would not buy one for travel bags.

These locks are easy to use and very dependable, especially for those spur of the moment needs.

I had bought three of these and I thought two of them had crashed but then the second one seemed to and I looked on the website and it says to you like a needle or a pin to go in the pen you may say the pig pen on the other side. Note that they've reduced the cost by about a third but from before when it was about $30.. since this is indispensable to reduce computer overuse which is a problem 57% now have I would like to give it five stars but better would be if it lasted more than 5 years before the battery goes. Considering that every other timer padlock maker I could find including the kitchen safe was either way overpriced or would only go for 99 hours.. which is only about 4 days and we want these longer options like for saving money or for timing out food sometimes.. the kitchen safe has too high price and takes up more room and you have to store it in a storage tote so it doesn't look bad and so you can see what's inside of it because it's transparent, in my opinion the Kitchen Safe is over priced at $70.. my belief is that a considerable percentage of the ones who say that it doesn't work didn't realize you have to reset it if it stops..

It worked great for about 3 months until one day it wouldn't open even after the time ran out, and it wasn't out of batteries.
