Got the right fit on a second attempt
Had to return the first hat I ordered... the size "60" was just a bit too large. Ordered the next size down "59" and it fit perfectly. I was very careful taking measurements initially so I am curious if others have had the same experience. I will be ordering another style hat from Sterkowski for summer use in the coming weeks.

I like the style of this cap. Wool with wool - fabric band and visor. Nice quality wool fabric true Navy-blue color. Very nice construction of cap, Cap size is exactly what is stated. My size (US 7) 56mm is exactly that and so is the cap. Fits snug at first but with wearing conforms for a good fit. If you like a less snug fit order up a size. I live in the mountains where it can get very windy at times. Cap stays on. Shipping times were a little vague but in the end the company came through on time! With logistics variations constantly changingdelivery can be a challenge these days. Makes a nice gift for yourself or someone special.

Great Hat
Love the hat, a bit loose but very well made and nice and warm. Have been trying for years to get one like the one John Wayne wore in Donovan Reef, this one is close, not quite the one I was looking for but very close.

Quality of material not at fault. Only identification of product is uneasy. Needed are better TELLING photosof PROFILE and HEIGHT of front cap once in position, between bottom and top of item—in cm or inches), size of visor and angle visor-front. Closeup of galon and band also usefulLong delay but acceptable given the origin and the deliver route.Amazon still reliable at 80-90%!

Very nice
The hat fit perfectly and a very nice addition to my hat collection. If they have a quilted lined one for winter I will be ordering another one for cold Saskatchewan winter day !
