Let's face it, you are going to buy these because they are cheap. Nothing wrong with that; they will do the job. I just needed them because the volume on Disney Plus is sometimes too low to hear on my laptop speakers. The sound now comes through and is suitably amplified. Problem solved.I can't speak to the sound quality (not my thing), but from the first use there has been a bit of a buzz that sometimes comes through when the speakers are plugged in but no sound is expected. This sound does not persist when the speakers are actually delivering sound from my laptop. The speakers have tolerated some mild abuse, although the cords are falling apart. If you treat yours better, I imagine they'll last for a few months at least.All that doesn't sound like a ringing endorsement, but these are $10 speakers. If you need better speakers, please buy better speakers. If you just need to be able to hear things gooder, these will work. I just can't be moved to give them five stars because they really aren't anything special.

Set back

These are fine except keep in mind they seem to have to be plugged directly into the audio jack of the computer - they did not work plugged into the audio port of the monitor - and that wire is not very long: if your computer is under your desk, the wire might not be long enough for the little speakers to sit on top of your desk, unless you get an extension audio cable. Other than that they are fine: decent sound and loud enough

I cant be too harsh because for the price they're functional. The sound quality is acceptable but not the best, however, it far from horrible. There is no notable distortion when used on low to medium high settings. There is only noticeable distortion on the high setting. Apperance wise they actually look better in person and dont look cheap at all, so that is a big plus. For me, the volume button is definitely the most annoying, its located in an awkward position that makes it bothersone to adjust manually. However, I've managed to adjust by simply higher and lowering the volume from inside my computer. They are definetly compatible with windows 10 and I have had no issues in that department. Needless to say these are very budget friendly and are aesthetically pleasing, so just bear in mind that if you want just basic speakers theb these are for you.

I bought these speakers for my daughter as we had just built her a computer. The speakers are not very high quality, don't expect bose or anything, but they do an adequate job of playing videos and video game music. They have a lot more treble than bass, but that makes them good for YouTube videos or video games. They arrived in good condition and look nice set up with the other white and silver components of her PC. I would recommend them for a computer if you are just looking to have crisp audio for online videos, audio books, casual gaming, or lectures. But I would not recommend them for listening to music. So while I would not buy them for myself, I think they work great for a child's pc or for a casual PC user.

Cords are way too short! The cord between the 2 speakers is barely long enough to reach each side of a monitor. Had to put both speakers on one side.

The sound quality itself when playing music is average. However, if you are using this for online meetings, such as Zoom, etc. then not recommended. I can hear the other person ok, not terrific even with the volume maxed. The real issue is how I sound to them. They say I have feedback and an echo on that end. More times than not I have to call them and talk through the phone for them to hear me ok.

Tremendous, they are small speakers but big and strong in sound and clarity

they make a statich noise when nothing is playing when pc is on so that's annoying other than that though good product

I am giving it a 3 star rating right now because the box almost looked crushed when it arrived. Very disappointing as that never happened for the five years I've ordered from Amazon, I hope it didn't damage anything, seems okay So far the hook up was easy and the sound is good for the price and sizeI will edit my review if something else comes up.But all and all I'm happy with the product.

These speakers seemed great at first but I now I notie whenenver my computer is in sleep mode they make a high squeaking sound that is incredibly annoying. These are crap, do not buy this
