Had to rate as 1 due to the minimum stars available for rating.Have been using the product for two months, facing severe back problems, the mattress has taken a curved shape from the center, poor post-sales service and struggling to get a positive response from Coirfit for its replacement.Sharing some important points about the product, its description & post-sales support:- First thing, please be cautious of the name, Ortho is just for making fool of customers & do not relate it with orthopedic as confirmed by Coirfit customer care.- Product is too soft and cannot be used for sleeping or sitting as it sinks right in, please avoid purchasing unless you like a really soft mattress- Coming to customer care: Pathetic, first they will fight with you and will not be taking your case, then you'll be directed to send a mail as you have bought it online & post that you can connect with them on the same no.- To check the issue, a technician visit will be aligned which will take at least three weeks & final conclusion will be no result as Coirfit uses terms like ortho, comfort, back support & healthy sleep to bluff customers.- Statements, as we have a huge customer base of complaints or we, don't take complaints on comfort will leave you thinking why you made the purchase of such a poor product.Overall please buy this product if you want: a poor quality mattress from a really bad brand, with wrong name & description and poor customer support causing severe back issues & health problems.

Good mattress for those who looking for medium soft, it's not to soft or not to hard just perfect, using from last 3 months no problem foundUpdateSeems like I started getting problem now, become to soft and maybe some springs also broken

Got the Mattress under lightening deal for Rs. 6499. I think it is value for money but will update again as I have been using Mattress for last 3 weeks. Packaging was good.

Its been a month of using it and till now the performance is excellent. The comfort and softness of the mattress is Good. Its definitely not for those who prefere hard mattress.

Great for normal usage and best for people with lower back pain or sciatica. It just shapes exactly like our body curves.Depends on the sleeping position though. So choose this if u r a upright facing sleeper or side facing sleeper

Coirfit, you have done a great job here. This is the firat time I am giving reviews for something I bought online.I had back pain for more than 2 years and whatever mattress I have ever used was not as much comfortable and pain relieving as this one.It's simply amazing and I hope this should Spread out to each and every individual's house.I would recommend each and every individual to go for it as its worth buying for.

It is superb. Superb waste of money. Pain relief feature is unecessarily hyped. Is too soft and after using for around 2 months, can say it's not worth the money spent on it.Rather buy a completely memory foam mattress or buy hard foam mattress. This mattress neither satisfy spring feature not it is memory foam kind of soft.

The product is worst it's very hard and absolutely hard although the quality of the produc reads as plush...no where close to being plush. When I requested for return the Coirfit folks called me stating this is not defective even after sending the video of product being bad.request Amazon intervention here pls.
