I have been using this mattress for a week and it is so comfortable and the quality is really good. So far there is nothing to say as negative.If anyone thinking of buy a spring mattress with affordable price then I would recommend this produc.Also I would like mention about their customer services because I got a call from their customer service to ensure whether the product is delivered without any damage. After few days again I got a call from the customer service to check is there any problem with the mattress which I felt is really good.

Had to rate as 1 due to the minimum stars available for rating.Have been using the product for two months, facing severe back problems, the mattress has taken a curved shape from the center, poor post-sales service and struggling to get a positive response from Coirfit for its replacement.Sharing some important points about the product, its description & post-sales support:- First thing, please be cautious of the name, Ortho is just for making fool of customers & do not relate it with orthopedic as confirmed by Coirfit customer care.- Product is too soft and cannot be used for sleeping or sitting as it sinks right in, please avoid purchasing unless you like a really soft mattress- Coming to customer care: Pathetic, first they will fight with you and will not be taking your case, then you'll be directed to send a mail as you have bought it online & post that you can connect with them on the same no.- To check the issue, a technician visit will be aligned which will take at least three weeks & final conclusion will be no result as Coirfit uses terms like ortho, comfort, back support & healthy sleep to bluff customers.- Statements, as we have a huge customer base of complaints or we, don't take complaints on comfort will leave you thinking why you made the purchase of such a poor product.Overall please buy this product if you want: a poor quality mattress from a really bad brand, with wrong name & description and poor customer support causing severe back issues & health problems.

I had purchased this with intention of getting comfort at the back however the pain has increased severely. It is not soft as promised by seller . It is nothing compared to coir or memory foam mattress which I feel is better choice. Not happy with purchase .

The product was delivered properly in good condition. We are not overweight people. The warranty was to be for 6yrs. The mattress is in a pathetic condition in less than 3yrs. The spings have broken/shifted. It's has caused several problems to my back and chest. I have used the mattresa for a while even after that, cause no one is even willing to take it from my house. I expect a refund of a partial amount as it had not lived up to it's life.
