Outside of the plastic housing, this is great
Plastic housings are never a quality solution on connectors but this connects firmly in place and performs exactly as it should so I can not dock any stars.Used to replace the cable for a Yeti Pro at an affordable price.

Female Pin May Not Lock Properly
Used on my AudioTechnica BP029 Stereo Mic. The 5 pin female plugs into the mic and feets the two 3 pin xlr males into my zoom recorder. I noticed a strange amount of peaking and realized I had to physically push the 5 pin female in place to keep it in the microphone. Tape might be able to solve the issue but still annoying. Ultimately once working the audio quality was great.

Poor quality
The alignment slot on the White XLR connector is not positioned properly. This will not allow you to properly seat the connector and makes it unusable for its intended purpose. The Red XLR connector did go on properly but was difficult to remove. I returned it within 10 minutes of opening the package.There seem to be a lot of good reviews on it but mine was defective. Take a chance if you will. This was one of the cheaper alternatives out there and rightly so. I was not confident a replacement would be better so I went with another brand.Best of luck to you.

NOT FOR AUDIO
This is listed as an audio mic cable adaptor for stereo mics. It is only for lighting, not audio. XLR audio cables will NOT fit, and the wiring is designated as lighting. You can see voltage listings on the cable jacket. Maybe for lighting it would be 5 stars? for audio Zero stars.

Does Not Work with Blue Yeti Pro
I read somewhere in the reviews these cables are meant for power but I decided to give it a shot anyway. I only hear audio from the white cable and not the red. I've tried multiple times and was unsuccessful getting any audio from the red cable.

Poor quality, does not work.
I rarely (if ever) write reviews for anything I purchase. Simply put - this doesn't work. The build quality is poor (as mentioned in several of the other reviews) and does not seat / fit properly (even though it clicks in). Please avoid this purchase (refunded).
