Light is NOT Low-Sodium. Beware!!
While the taste and quality is good, do not get fooled by 'light' word. It relates to light colour of soy sauce compared to regular ones. It has nothing to do with sodium content. Sodium content is still high at 1.1 g per 15 ml (tablespoon serving).

Light and Fermented Soya Sauce
Very good product. You need to keep it in refrigerator once opened / 20 degree C to be able to use it for 2 weeks to max 1 month. Low on sodium and great taste

On my 2nd bottle. For those who prefer a 'light' soya sauce it is a good product. You would need more portions to flavour the dish but it is authentic.
