I really wanted this to work. And during the first few days, I definitely had a surge of energy and felt better overall. However, that was short-term, after the first week I didn't notice any difference than before I started taking. Just finished the full 30-day supply with no real results. I was hopeful, but sadly, this didn't work for me.

Product was nicely packaged and the capsules were in good condition on arrival. I used these on a 3 week minivan vacation with our 1 and 3 year olds and they definitely helped me stay calmer. I noticed being less agitated over small things and more able to be a happy calm in control Dad on days when I took them.

Works ok. Thought it would give me more of a boost but the ashwaganda stands out more than the rhodiola and schisandra! Overall ok but some of the capsules were broken.
