Nice photographs, great ideas, althoug not new, easy to follow. I like the paper of its pages (near the recycle one) they make a beautiful object as a whole. Ideal to shared with my nice.

Love this book... its pretty, its inspiring, its clever! Lets me feel like I am back in the UK being craftyand clever !

This is an imaginative book presenting projects with simple-to-follow instructions.

I loved the ideas in this book it we'll laid out with clear information on how to make things and has a few different thing to make not just normal handicrafts. I bought it as I had seen it at Liberty's in London

What a lovely book! There are projects I definitely want to make and specific pages will come in handy in turning my house into a home.

My expectations exceeded what I received. The order was lost twice and I had to call repeatedly. Nice photographs. OK but not worth the wait.

Having bought this recently I was so disappointed with the content - it was a total waste of money. The projects are the sorts of things my twelve year old daughters were making at school some fifteen years ago. And as for wrapping coloured thread around a stick, I'm flabbergasted it even made it into print! To be fair the bath salts recipe is nice and making the tea cup candles is well described, but these are hardly new ideas. This book may be OK for absolute beginners but I do not recommend it to anyone aspiring to make beautiful hand made gifts. This book will go on the back shelf and I doubt will ever be opened again. If you are looking for inspiration for crafting I can highly recommend "Rediscovered Treasures" or for original & pretty sewing projects "Sew Pretty Homestyle", both of which I've bought recently and am highly delighted with.
