What amazes me is that, despite the scarcity of batteries available for this model, people can rave about it.It is not as stable or responsive in flight as the other makes of mini drones, perhaps because of its design.It is of good quality, having a battery housing - however, one gets only 2 batteries, which, like most other drone batteries, don't give more than 7minutes flight time per battery. Each battery takes about 40 mins to charge up.So, you might ask, why not get more batteries? Well, search as I may on Amazon and the rest of the internet, I cannot find drone batteries with 120mAh - 150mAh of the same size and with a smaller than usual connector (JST-PH 1.25mm)It is for the reason of no more than +/-12min flight time in total, and waiting for +/- 40 minutes charging of batteries, that I give it only one star.One needs at least an half an hour enjoyment of use to make it worthwhile.Besides, for the £18 I paid for it, it's not worth it; one can get them far cheaper elsewhere.It's the worst drone purchase I've made, especially taking into account the need for at least five UNOBTAINABLE batteries (each costing £4 -£8 or more for other makes of drones)Give it a miss. There's better makes available, such as the REALACC H36 Mini Quadcopter, for which one can get a sturdy custom designed case (ASIN: B07FJN4JDB) - costing in total for what I paid for the DW1. And inexpensive batteries are readily available for it.Better still, the Holy Stone HS210 Mini Drone, with which one gets three batteries, and is tops in performance and control (Costs more, but worth 10x more than the DW1)

I really like this drone, one of my best purchases made on amazon. For £12.99 this little drone is amazing. The flight time is around 5 minutes which is great for something this size. The drone is very responsive to the little controller. I cannot fault this drone, even in windy conditions it does pretty well. The features are amazing. I love how the drone can flip from side to side using top right button and turning the left stick left or right. Really love this drone, it even has wind mode where you can press the button on the middle of the controller to fight the wind. All in all this is an amazing little drone!

This mini drone is perfect if you don't know how to fly a real drone it help you get the experience in flying in the air. I came with spare flying wings, screws and instruction manual which was very helpful. The controller which you use to fly runs on batteries to work. Over all I'm I'm love with this mini drone it doesn't come with a camera and it's just a practise model and it really is alot of fun to fly around.

For the price of this drone I give it 5 stars as it is the first I have had to have so many features in a indoor mini drone.I got this for my 8 year old to practise as if you can master this you can master any more expensive drones.the protection hoop has saved many tears

This is great fun not hard to controle and very durable it takes 2 AAA batterys in the controller and has a rechargeable battery in the drone it only take less than than a hour to charge the drone lights up and has a plastic ring around it to damage on impact it is hand size and very fun I used it for over an hour having a great time.It arrived on time and safely and it's very cheap

This mini drone is awesome ! I mean the carrying case and the gadget it self makes a great way to spend lunch break in wastewater place you are - inside and outside. I could say this thing gets more attention than the standard one.Its a great toy but not only for kids :D

So I really like the idea of 2 batteries and having to charge them instead of the drone but it takes 2 hrs for only 10 mins of actual flight time which wouldn’t be bad if the battery didn’t change the drone’s center of gravity. I’ve used this for 30 mins total and only about 5 of those mins where me actually controlling the drone and having fun the other 25 mins where me fighting the drone over which way it should go or it crashing into my ceiling because when you press the flip button it soars straight upwards and plummets down because it’s faster than human reaction time. Another problem was having to re sync it to the controller every minute because for every wall table or chair the drone gently hit the battery would fall out of place. I got this for £18. Don’t make the same mistake

I bought this as a little starter drone for my 9 year old for a Christmas present. It arrived this morning and it’s brilliant! It comes with a spare battery, blades, usb charger and mini screwdriver (to access the batteries on the remote - 2xAAA not included) This is so easy to set up - literally put the batteries in and go! Easy to fly once you get the hang of it and fairly robust too. Lots of mummy points for me on this one!!
