Lightweight. For small hands
I’m a 5’ 1 female and this mouse fits my hand nicely. I work in front of the computer 8 hours a day. I looked for this mouse because I have De Quervain’s. I still have to grip with my thumb but because it is so light-weighted it doesn’t seem to aggravate my symptoms. Highly recommended. Customer service has been communicative. The only downside I experience is lagginess every now and then.Edited 7/23/2020: This company has been consistently providing me amazing customer service. The messages I sent were responded quickly. They contacted me to offer a replacement for the mouse in case of product defect. It turns out after-all that this might not have been the issue with the mouse, but rather the fact that I use a macbook and the mouse dongle is connected to my USB-C hub (not the macbook directly). But I have no clue :( I really like the mouse still though.

Nice button action, not super loud, solid wheel
I've been trying lots of different vertical mice lately, and this Autley has some nice qualities. The button action is nice and crisp but not too loud. The wheel feels solid and doesn't move side to side. It has a smooth, rubbery surface without ridges but does give some feedback when scrolling - which I personally prefer. DPI changed as expected without having to do any setup at all. On the downside, the back and forward buttons are very stiff and feel clunky compared to the mouse buttons and scroll wheel, but I don't use those buttons so I was actually okay with that. Unfortunately, it was just a little bit too high off the desktop for me. I like to be able to touch the desktop with my thumb and pinky so that I can move the mouse in really tiny increments. Most people will probably love that your fingers don't drag on the desktop at all with this mouse. Most of the surface is a black matte finish but it doesn't have the buttery feel of the Anker mice. I didn't find that to be a problem at all, though, because I think it make it easier to pick up the mouse. And because of the glossy surface on the right outside edge of the mouse, I was able to pick up the mouse and move it easily when I needed to.I'm really on the fence about whether to keep this mouse for home use or not. It's definitely too tall for office use, but other than that, I find it to be a solid vertical mouse that still allows the hand to rest a bit on the mouse without sliding back like some other vertical mice.I recommend this mouse for small hands that don't like their fingers to drag on the desktop, and don't really care about the back/forward buttons.

Light and perfect for small hands. Highly recommend!
Compared to other mice, it's very light. The vertical mouse fits very comfortably in one's hand and definitely reduces the stress on the fingers and wrist from repetitive clicking pain. There's a compartment underneath the mouse to put the USB. Very handy because it's magnetic, has never dropped out. My biggest complain would be how easy it is to scratch the plastic around the mouse, which also makes it feel a little cheap. For gaming, it's unideal for FPS gamers. There are few buttons (though it does have a dpi button), and it's a wireless mouse-- though I didn't notice any lag/stutter, myself. As a result, I still game with this mouse because it significantly helps my hand feel okay after hours working on a computer.> Pros:------------------------+ Light+ Small hands fit+ Wireless> Cons:------------------------- Very few buttons- Easy to scratch plastic

Great alternative to Evoluent.
I work with an Evoluent at the office and I loved it so much I wanted something similar but at a lower price. This one does the trick. It is just as comfortable but not as expensive. The only con is I wish it gave me the ability to program the buttons, but can’t complain too much because of the price.

for very very small hand! wonderfull mouse with great build quality
This really is for small hands and if you do have small hands this is amazing!. I'm 5'-8" tall 135lbs and wear small size gloves. This mouse was a little too small for me. But it becomes the exact right size when I wear a thumb/wrist immobilizer. So this worked out perfect during some tendonitis recovery.

Improved ergonomics
I switched from a wire mouse to this one with my MacBook and no regrets. The USB connected without any issues and it actually responds quite quickly. It does seem to go through the battery rather quickly, but difficult to know whether this is expected or not since it's my first wireless mouse.

Not vertical enough. It’s halfway there.
Quality and materials are good (5 stars). Works fine as a regular mouse (5 stars). It’s at about a 45 degree angle, which is not vertical enough to put your arm in the right position (2.5 stars). It’s halfway to where it needs to be.

Helpful for ergonomics, but not a massive difference
I mean, yes it will force your wrist to not pronate QUITE as much, but personally I found the difference almost negligible. This is for simple everyday computer usage, NOT gaming. It's too lightweight and the response time is fairly lagging; besides, if you're a serious gamer, you're looking at getting a wired mouse instead.I guess time will tell whether this makes an actual difference in terms of ergonomics.

Excellent ergo mouse for smaller hands
I bought this for work as I was starting to experience wrist pain with my current mouse. I use it often and it has been great. I love that it switches itself off when not in use for a while, and a single click re-establishes its connection, which saves battery life. I'm really pleased with the purchase.
