The pill is not hard to swallow and there was no flavor or aftertaste. I used this as an immunity builder. I was searching for a pure echinacea since I came across a new article saying to be careful when purchasing echinacea as most of them have very little echinacea and mostly other fillers. PURE AND WORKS FOR ME
