Hawaiian Papaya - Juicy and Exotic Sweet-Tart Flavor, Bulk 8 Lb Case for Chefs and Culinary Lovers, Versatile Tropical Ingredient

I purchased these as I had purchased these before. The first time I purchased these papayas they were Hawaiian Papayas. They were beautiful, juicy ripe, sweet and flavorful. However this time the papayas that were sent were not the same type of papaya that had been sent before. These looked like the papayas I can find in the grocery store that are from Mexico. There was four of them in the box, they were bruised and hard. When cut open the seeds looked under developed and no flavor at all. I am so very disappointed in this product. I am from Hawaii, I do know Hawaiian papayas. This was just totally wrong!

They arrived in a great package with each fruit well wrapped. They were ripe to perfection for eating within the next ten days. Their taste was better than the ones I ate in the Islands! Yes they are very expensive, but worth every penny.for a special occasion or to just enjoy with your friends or family.

These papayas were small and several of the we're overripe. I had to throw out several if them :(. The shipping was quick from the time I ordered them which was the only good thing

I have been eating Hawaiian papaya for many years and they were not Hawaiian papaya. They were huge .like the ones from Brazil and Mexico.

Product IS NOT Hawaiian Papaya. It is Mexican Papaya. It arrive late and was picked too early. Seller did not allow return. Terrible.
