Amazing air fryer cookbook
Good Housekeeping has some really amazing recipes. I almost have the whole collection of recipe books. I love this air fryer cookbook. The timing is correct on the food. It’s easy recipes that you pop into the air fryer and they come out perfect and delicious. I’ve already tried a few meals. The recipes are great and I have plenty more tabs to go in the book to try.

Mom hated it.
I bought it for my mother because she wanted some different recipes. She didn't like it because it called for too many special ingredients. She wanted simpler recipes that could be made from stuff in the cupboard. I returned the book because it was suppose to be "used like new", but the cover was severely bent. Amazon should have NEVER sold it. I guess my time to repackage and ship doesn't matter.

My son loves it
I bought my 21 year old son an air fryer/toaster oven for Christmas for his new house and threw in this cookbook to get him started. He has told me on several occasions that the cookbook has inspired him to do more than cook a frozen pizza in his new oven. It has gotten him to shop in other aisles at the grocery, and hopefully will have him doing more real cooking than heating up of processed unhealthy foods.

Not Great if You're an Air Fryer Beginner
I needed to learn the basics to start using my new Air Fryer -- recipes were good but I wanted to know how to cook things I had on hand...basic instructions that my Air Fryer instructions were less than complete about. Neither was this book. Not really recommended for Air Fryer newcomers!

It's American and useless for the UK
I'm sure if your are American this is a very good book . However it's written for the American market and many of the ingredients are unknown in the UK. The recipes are also strange to UK tastes. The description should state this is a US book. I returned it.

Not very useful in my opinion
We've just bought an air fryer and I bought this book thinking it might help with some basic everyday recipes where we can use the air fryer for an entire meal, however, there isn't much to the book and it's very much focused on cooking one thing, rather than an entire meal. Perhaps that's on me for not looking into it enough, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. I have looked through from cover to cover and I can't even rack up 5 recipes that I would genuinely use on an everyday basis. If anyone can recommend a decent everyday air fryer recipe book for beginners, I'm all ears! I know I can find a lot online but I find a book easier.

Uses US quantities!
So disappointed in this book. All the ingredients are in US measurements ie cups and with ingredients not readily available. I thought Good Housekeeping would have made this a UK version! I have returned it

All American
American dishes, ingredients, measurements and oven temperatures….no good if you want to know how to adapt regular British dishes for your air fryer.
