I have been taking this for a week now and there is NO difference in my energy level, absolutely NO thermogenic feeling or effect (the warm internal feeling) and NO boost for work outs. I am using this in conjunction with Intermittent Fasting and work-out 3 days a week. While there is NO evidence of increased energy with this, I will see if there is any evidence of weight-loss after the bottle.

It really worked for me - first thing in the morning with warm organic lemon-water, and one pre-workout 3X / week. I lost 9 pounds in a month.
