Word Up 12x18 Felt Letter Board with Silver-Colored Aluminum Frame and Black Felt with 3/4" and 1" Characters

Update:Word Up contacted me very quickly and offered to replace my board. They sent a new one and extra letters and we have loved it! The felt on this one is flawless and the whole thing looks awesome on our bakers rack. My kids love it when I change the sayings and they beg to help with the letters—it’s become a really fun family activity. We will continue to use for school/special occasion pics as well. Thanks to Word Up for their great customer service!I ordered this for pics for my son's first day of school and then to use as fun house decor. I made the mistake of waiting to open it the morning of school, only to find a mysterious stain on the felt. I don't know if it's glue or some other gunk. But I'll be returning and replacing as soon as the back to school madness settles down.

Love my letterboard! I've been wanting one for a while but every one I look at seemed to be back ordered. I found this and it came via prime within two days! Good quality, lots of letters. I did almost miss some of the punctuation when popping out the letters so make sure you look twice before tossing the extra plastic from the letters.

Great product at a good price point. Really loved that it's real wood and not some cheap fake version. Highly recommend.Also, if you want to change color of trim in the future, it's really to paint it (since it's real, raw wood) to whatever color you want (white would look great)!

My recent purchase was featured on the Magnolia Company by Joanna Gaines! (See photo below from my Instagram of my livingroom!) Super thrilled with my purchase!! The quality of the board and the letters have been so great. I have changed my quotes and letters multiple times, and the wood backing as well as the black felt is great quality. (It even comes with way more letters than you will need). I would highly recommend this if you're looking for a letterboard that won't break the bank!

Board does not have the lines running in the right direction as pictured, nor is the hanging hardware on the right side of the board. It's on the side to hang it horizontally - not vertically. Received a completely different board than the one pictured.

Item arrived complete and intact with someone's fingernail. Otherwise we would have happily kept it. Into the trash it went, as I wasn't paying the return shipping on this. Frame was great quality and heavy--now I'm just concerned about the conditions it is made in. Just FYI, the felt lines are not perfectly straight but the quality is great for the price point. However, due to the fingernail, we wont be keeping ours. Gross.

The quality is nice and looks great. I’m giving 4 starts because the letters were super hard to get off of the packaging when I first bought it (took a long time and my fingers started to get a little raw). I would recommend buying a storage organizer for the letter to help sanity when changing the message and ease of finding the letters you need.

I was looking for a cheaper letterboard (some can cost $200!) and assumed I would be compromising on the quality to save money. Nope! This board is solid and fantastic quality. I could not be happier with this purchase.
