I bought this to make a welcome sign for my daughter. This piece of wood is beautiful! It took the stain perfectly and the wood was smooth and beautifully crafted. It cost a bit more than most craft wood pieces, but it’s completely worth it if you want something of superior quality! I will be buying from this company again!

I was looking to buy a cute gnome welcome sign but couldn’t find anything that I liked so I decided to get a piece of wood I could just paint on to make the sign myself. This was perfect.I love the curved edges to give the sign a bit more style. I had no issues using acrylic paint on this. The final result was just what I hoped for. It was quite easy to hang on the wall with two pairs of velcro command strips.

Clear wood but still glued edges rather than a solid piece. We adequate for my carving though.

11x14 Basswood boards are difficult to find in big box stores. Walnut Hollow makes good quality boards. I feel comfortable ordering Walnut Hollow products without being able to hand pick them. This seller passed on quality products at a fair price in good time. Two thumbs up!

I was very pleased with the quality of the wood as well as the design finishes. This is thick enough to allow for a variety of wall hanger devices. The basswood is very clear and smooth and will take most types of finishes, paint or stains. Overall this is a terrific product.
