When I searched Amazon I was extremely lucky that the vendor I ordered from was I-Mall outlet. These mugs are simply beautiful with good workmanship. I was so pleased I decided to find the order and hit reorder. Turns out that Amazon doesn't duplicate the order with the same vendor. When I received a very inferior product I was disappointed and couldn't believe the difference. I figured I must have made a mistake and returned them and once again reordered based on the original order. Once again received an even worse product. I decided to look carefully and noticed that both orders had come from two different vendors.I had to actually go to the original's vendor amazon page and order them again. This time I did receive the second set of beautiful mugs.Do yourself a favor and only buy from I-Mall

I needed 12 MM mugs for Christmas gifts and these came through. They are not cheap looking or feeling and all 12 came well packed and in good condition. The price was spot on, cheaper than what I could buy locally. Only one had a minor blemish on it from inspection, but the gift recipient couldn't tell or didn't care. Folks were impressed. They seem sturdy and the handle appears to be well attached to the body. I've made a couple MMs already the one we kept and they keep the drink cold and have the unique taste that you get from drinking from a metallic cup.Here's what I included in the gift, BTW:1 MM mug1 lime1 bottle Reed's Extra Brew Ginger Beer1 small bottle of vodka

These mugs get some really terrible reviews. I find them to be a great value for the price. I needed a few copper mugs for my holiday party this year and these were a great price point. The mugs are sturdy and keep my Moscow mules super frosty. I wouldn't recommend them to give as a gift. One, the packaging is plain and boring. Two, there are much better looking mugs, but for a much higher price. But at the price point, they were perfect for my needs.

My dad wanted some copper mugs for a superbowl party to make Moscow mules, so I let him use my prime account to order these. They do what a cup is supposed to do, but don't expect top quality cups here. They appear to be copper plated, and the inner nickel plated, and cheaply at that. After the first wash using mild soap and a soft sponge, both the copper and nickel plating have started to wash off. Also, the handles feel very flimsy; I was afraid to hold it by the handle alone in case it snapped off and spilled everywhere. (It hasnt, but I still don't trust it). All in all, 3 stars because you get what you pay for and they work just like a cup is supposed to, but if you want a good quality copper mug, you're gonna have to spend a bit more.

Here's the thing, I actually love these mugs, but I had to order two sets of four to salvage four undamaged, which was kind of a pain. The first batch was just wrapped in plastic (not bubble wrap) and tossed in an Amazon box. Three of the four mugs were somewhat damaged. One was completed squished. The second set I ordered came packaged in a box, inside the Amazon box and those faired much better, although one was still slightly dented. I definitely recommend going with the hammered mugs as any imperfections will be much less noticeable. The mugs had a bit of a nasty metallic smell when I first took them out of the box, but after one wash they were totally fine.

I really don't understand the criticisms here. The copper Moscow Mule mugs arrived nicely wrapped and flawless. It is true that they do not come with shot glasses or stirrers.But the mugs themselves are lovely, nicely sized, solid and very attractive.And they really do hold the drinks' coldness in.I am very pleased so far and would certainly purchase again.

the finish will fade over time if you attempt to dishwasher them. The craftsmanship was a bit off with the punching hence 4star review.

These are great, except I got three hammered ones and one totally different one. Can't be bothered sending it back so I'll putup with it but wish I'd been sent all 4 the same.

We bought these on a whim because they said they would be here before New Years. They were and we love them! All our friends and family are impressed by their quality and looks. I would highly recommend hyphen

Look good but had a slightly strange smell. Gave them a wash and they are perfect now.

Nice mugs. Make sure they're not left over night with liquid. They will tarnish.
