Perfect for a Landlord

This is a reasonably priced wall furnace by one of the best manufacturers on the market, Rinnai! I only used this unit in my apartments. I recently purchased 3 units to replace the 10 year old units that suffered horrible abuse from irresponsible tenants. I am buying another unit shortly.
