The media could not be loaded. Durable metallic but not hot to the touch. Keeps coffee hot for hours of I'd let it sit that long! Takes abuse in the workplace as I work in metal fabrication. Closing tab on top keeps spills away. And of course, it's got Punisher on it! What more needs to be said?

Best cup for hot / cold drinks. I filled the cup with ice and poured a room temperature tea in it at 5:30 pm. I drank half of the tea and by the next morning around 9:00am there was still ice in the cup. That’s 16 hours, Impressive! Also the punisher design is bad a$$! Better than my Yeti, hands down.

Yer is are great mugs. I love the fact that when the kid gets gross you can buy a new one instead of having to get rid of the whole mug. Drinks stay cold and hot for long periods of time.

This keeps coffee hot for a long time. It doesn’t leak easily and it perfect for travel. Fits in normal sized cup holders

Product is awesome poured energy drink and left on counter till next day and it stood cold.

I have 2 of these and I love them. They actually do keep your coffee hot and cold drinks cold. I recently took a trip, put coffee in one and didn’t drink it for a few hours. It was like I had just poured a hot cup of coffee!The lid sometimes pops up just a tiny bit, but if you hold it down when you drink, it seems to be fine.

As for the look of it couldn't love it more. I have a few Tervis Tumblers am sure the new ones are not insulated as well as the older ones

For the extreme high-quality, it was worth the price. Even if you’re not a fan of the punisher, this is a great product. I use it every day for work.
