Q: Why the contradictory directions? tells you to thoroughly cleanse eye area. further down it says “avoid contact with the eyes.” what?

It is saying to close your eyes when cleaning the eyelids - that way you will not scrape the eyeball.

Q: Which wipe is better for dry eye? This one or the green box?

The blue is specifically to help with dry eye.

Q: What are the dimensions of wipes

I unfold them but not fully still doubled and us 1/2 the the wipe per eye turn over and wipe again. If I unfold one fully I guess they are about 7” X 4”
