Can it fit a 5year old

depends on how big the 5 year old is. It fits my 6 year old, but he's tall and stocky.

For those who have a style where the head flops down, how did you rig the costume to make it stay up?

This has nothing to do with the head flopping down but if you stuff the legs with pillow stuffing it doesn’t weigh as much and works great!!
