Good Follow-up
This is a worthy companion to Mr. Pizarro's excellent debut cookbook: "Seasonal Spanish Food." Both books are carefully put together with regard to the content and the production values of the publisher. With both the sturdy hardcover version is the way to go. The recipes are carefully explained, the pictures/illustrations add to the recipe content, and the table results are well worth the effort. These books have become standards in my house.
