I'm not sure, but it has a tag written in Chinese only, no other language. So I think this is made from China.

How old is the model and what size is she wearing? my daughter seems to be her age/height so it'd fit her perfectly

This was bout for a little girl size 10/12 Age 10 almost 11. Fit perfect.

Best way to wash? On gentle cycle or in the sink with Woolite?

I wash this on cold, with other items, no special cycle. I do not dry it, I hang it to dry.
