Does it work for acer aspire nitro v15 vn7- 592g-71zl

Hello. I had bought this for an Acer Aspire Nitro V15 vn7-592g and it has not worked for me. It won't recognize to the computer or charge. It may be problems directly with the computer I am trying to repair. I would recommend getting an OEM battery instead though as I haven't had much luck with this one and may be doing the same.
