Purchased these on a whim to match my GIK acoustic panels. I did not expect them to have any real effect on bass response but they knocked 3db off the low-end to my surprise. Appearance is good and sits well with the GIK panels. Only thing to be aware of is that the foam is glued directly to the flat front panel, so there is no way to mount them besides screwing through the front or gluing them up.

These bass traps worked wonders for my 2-channel audio set-up as they effectively flatted out the bass response. Sergio at UA Acoustics is a pleasure to work with and the products are shipped timely and always arrive in good condition. I look forward to continuing to build out my room treatment with UA Acoustics.

I really like the design and color options. I have also purchased the other designs from this vendor and hung them together to make sound waves on the wall. I think these items are very attractive and they also help with sound absorption and diffusion for our music room. They are mostly aesthetics and partly function, and so they do not ‘sound proof’ a room by any means, which can not be expected from this type of item. The one negative is it was not possible for me to precisely hang these with the spiked hooks included with these items. I took advice from other reviewers and used command strips. However I had initially used the command strips sold for 3M Adhesive hooks and everything fell. Then I used the heavy duty command strip the are sold in rolls and everything has remained on the wall for two weeks as of now. I would advise to be certain of your placement because the heavy duty command strips can take the paint off the wall or pieces of the sponge material of the items, if you try to move it after you have adhered it.The musician in my family loves this addition and I am considering purchasing more.

I love the product it looks great in my studio. It took them a while to come from Ukraine. Especially during Covid. I ordered these in October 2020 and received them in February 2021. I am just now getting them installed in my studio and was disappointed to find I ordered 8 base traps and received hardware to install 7. i’m not sure where to find these brackets but I won’t request them to be sent from Ukraine. It’s these little details that determine how do you view a product and company.

I ordered the black ones. They are a good size and they work well. The front is made from thin MDF, I would say about a 1/4 inch with some kind of accrilic or formica on the face of it. This has a shine that is not ideal for a theater room. Also the edges of the cuts are are the raw MDF so it looks a little unfinished. I just took some flat black spray paint and fixed both issues. For the price I can't complain.I would also like to mention that my set came damaged, I contacted the seller and they sent me a new set right away with expedited shipping without even asking me to return the originals.Be warned these come from the Ukraine so shipping to the US will take some time.

Love this. Nice foam, fit corner wall perfectly.I even bought the other one show in the picture and cit the edge of foam to make it a corner acoustic panel and it fit perfectly. Good value for the money. I immediately could tell that the echo in the room was way less and was know longer heard in my audio production. It came with nails and nail plates correct amount to install. You need a drill, leveler and pencil and there you go. They are light weight and had a protective film on the glossy white panels so don’t forget to remove them “after” the install to not scratch them.

I'm amazed at the difference in the low frequency sound reproduction these base traps made in my home theater setup. I'm convinced that the right room treatment for your room makes a huge difference in how good a high end speaker sounds. Careful room treatment really bring the best out of your speakers and this was the case with my RSL CG5 series speakers. The room treatment and audyssey room correction took my speaker system to another level.
