Arrived quickly
Quality looking pump with seals and power adaptor from the box. Very efficient and quiet, great value.

Better replacement than the older version
When the pump arrived and I took it out of the box I looked at sceptically because it’s so much lighter than the pump it’s replacing. Easily transferred into the isolated system fitted exactly where the 26-year-old pump came from. The initial start-up was a bit noisy due to a bit of air in the system but the pump self vented after that it was whispered quiet fantastic

replacement for existing pump
Easy to install as a direct replacement for the previous Grundfoss pump. Relaibility remains to be seen as it uses electronics. Also will repair system be offered?

The perfect modern replacement to my old grundfos central heating pump with the same rating numbers
This was cheaper than getting the older model that looked identical to my old pump. I asked the central heating engineer if the old ones were better because I'd found that they seemed to be more expensive when I was looking. He said the new ones (from the same manufacturer, Grundfos) are just as good and cheaper. He believed that people were probably nervous not to but the wrong thing so would either ask for the older model to match the identical broken old one in place, or maybe their heating engineer might be taking advantage to get rid of an old model they still had on their shelves - and possibly charge extra for it.Anyway, I saved money and that was reassuring to hear so I just hope it lasts as well as the old one did! It seems in his experience with his customers over recent years I've nothing to fear.A few weeks in place now, working well supplying a 5 bed house and no problems with the pressure - radiators are quick to warm up. Very happy.Update after 2 years: [Apr 2025 now] still working well. Had no issues at all.

A marked improvement over my noisy Grundfos UPS 2
Excellent pump and a marked improvement over my old Grundfos unit. Why ? ..does not need bleeding, more compact, plug in electric connection, virtually silent in operation. Plus there are loads of different operating modes to select. I just went with the default. Note that the pump flow is in the opposite direction to my old pump but after unscrewing the four allen bolts it's a simple rotation of the head if you are not happy with the panel being upside down. Worth exploring the full operating instructions online as the supplied quick start guide is basic and a tad cryptic. Easy diy provided you are able to isolate water valves either side of the pump. Also ensure you isolate electrics too. Call a professional if in doubt.

Good pump buy with confidence
It’s been few months now since I changed my recirculating pump and it is definitely quieter the the old grundfos pump as it was old. Also it does have few automatic speed functions. It heats up the radiators quicker. The one thing I had to do is to rebalance the whole system again. This means that some thermostatic radiator valves are slightly noisy because of the increased flow.Hopefully this will go with time as the pump breaks in.I know it sounds mad but I wish the pump had a even lower speed just a gentle flow .Overall if this pump is anything like my old Grundfos one it will last me another 12 years.

High quality replacement pump.
This pump is a replacement for my central heating system, the old pump failed due to the water level dropping (a failed cistern ball valve) which resulted in the pump running dry. That destroyed its bearings! This new pump is a little taller than the old one and because it was positioned beneath boards in the loft meant some more headroom was required. Not a big issue - and not the fault of the pump. This pump runs so quiet I couldn't hear it! I had to put my hand on it to feel the faint vibration to be sure it was running. Installation was very simple - about the same as fitting a domestic plug. Hope it lasts as long as my old pump, I have no reason to suspect otherwise as it appears to be well made.
