Bought this monitor in December 2018 and had been using it happily with my PS4 while away from home.Monitor comes with everything you need, USB c cable, a mobile phone stand that does ok as a monitor stand, and a hdmi to mini hdmi cable.I noticed that on first use the mini hdmi cable was slightly loose but this is a common feature of the mini hdmi port, as well as its reputation for breaking easily.Well a few days ago the connection became very loose, dropping out every few minutes, when trying to adjust the connection to find where the best contact lies suddenly it wouldn't display anything over hdmi. A quick look inside confirmed the actual hmdi port had come away from the motherboard, and some pins bent in the process.I have contact their support email, but looking at their website, and the fact their forums have been dead for over a year, I dont hold out much hope for any answer so will probably have to buy a new one from another brand.In addition to the hdmi problem I also noticed the monitor would hiss after a while when powered through USB (the only way to power this model), this is something I lived with but it can easily be a deal breaker for anyone else.Overall a good little screen, but let down by surrounding factors. I would advise going with a different, if slight more expensive brand.

Ah the magedok screen... It lasted me less than a month before i noticed 1 the panel was not attached to the bezel and 2 a week later the screen cracked... My conclusion unless you treat your screen like a baby do not buy this as the screen is as durable as an iphone.Other than that you'll be happy with the display and sound but by far im most disappointed that my screen's durability wasnt designed for its main purpose: portabilitysadly ill be forced to buy a new portable monitor under a different brand probably with its own kickstand because i decided having to set one up is a pain when taking it out and putting it away.It was nice for Christmas but alas not designed for its purpose kind of disappointing really.I only recommend this if you dont have a portable lightweight tv screen in your house and you cradle this thing like an infant child since its not fit for purpose. A shame really. Since i expected it to be as durable as a laptop screen should had seen this coming.

Excellent screen with no faults.Smart brushed metal case.Mini-HDMI plug slightly loose fit in socket but works.Don't know if a slightly loose fit is common for Mini-HDMI, or if either the plug or socket are below par.Otherwise leads and plugs seem well made.Stand folds down well and has rubber grips for desk and monitor, but it's easy to knock the screen off it as it just rests on the stand.No choice of resolution.No portrait mode.No problems after 1 week of use.Not tested data and power via USB-C socket.Good packaging boosts confidence that it did not suffer too much in transit.If it lasts three years would say good value for money.Good enough that I would buy a 15.6 inch version as well if they did one with 4K resolution, especially if it had a choice of resolution and portrait mode.

You should know-This doesn't have a battery-Some computers can't start up with 4k resolution so I ended up having to plug in the hdmi after starting the computer.-not a normal hdmi connector however, you get a short adapter.-noisy

I have bought a screen from you on dec 7th 2018. It has started smoking up and stopped working.

Did not use it. Wrong product for what I wanted to use it for.
