When you find the right size to fit you, these greatly improve sound quality with your IEMs - Highs, Mids, Bass, and detail retrieval. The seal maintains better with these than other types of silicon or foam tips.That's why it's great that they come with 3 sizes!!* They can get a bit uncomfortable in long listening sessions. Keep a regular pair of silicone or foam tips around, as well.

I used these to replace my beats earphone tips that, after years of use, started cracking and tearing.They do function reasonably. They stay in relatively well (better than single flange for sure!)These are not the same size/shape as the originals. They are shorter (don't go as far into the ear). This causes them to not hold as well, and I'm also having more problems getting them to seal well.Also, the 3 different sizes have 3 completely different attachment sizes for attaching to the earphones. 2 sizes fit onto my beats headphones (one good, one really tight) while the largest flange size has tiny little holes far too small for any standard earphones to attach to.Sound quality seems unchanged, but sound proofing is reduced a little, probably due to not sealing quite as good, but also could just be from the material being harder than my old silicone earphone tips.

Needed replacement earbud tip for my Platronics Voyager and purchased these to go on an adapter I already had. I have never been a stickler for sound quality, but can definitely notice a difference when compared to other tips used on same device. This style somewhat aggravates my ears from the fringes but needed to stay in my ear.

I've found that all claims of great sound and sound isolation from Bluetooth earbud manufacturers are null and void once I am on my Fat Boy with Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-into-2 pipes. And when I get to highway speeds, it is even worse. Then I decided to get after market triple-flange tips to replace the stock tips that come with the earbuds, and everything changed.I can now hear the music above the wind noise and loud exhaust. I can turn the volume down and still hear the music. I even use my earbuds at the range when I'm shooting! I don't know why the earbud manufacturers don't just use these triple-flange tips to begin with, but thankfully, I can find these aftermarket tips cheaply.

I got these to use with my Pixel Buds Pro which come with notoriously bad tips. The medium size fit on the buds easily, and it helped the buds stay secure in my ears unlike the stock tips. The problem I ran into was that sound quality with these was simply terrible. Noise cancellation barely worked, and I'd sometimes get high pitched feedback from the mic. It's almost like the silicone is too thin to seal well to the ear. This was disappointing since I liked how secure these made the buds stay in my ears.

I have only tried one set but they are perfect, just what I was looking for.

Be cautious with this product. The tips came off and got stuck in my ears. I got a refund with no problem.

I was able to find the perfect size for my ears, good assortment for the price.
