The delivery was prompt and was adequately boxed/packaged. The item is exactly as seen online, so no surprises!I bought the smaller 20" case a couple of months ago for use as weekend luggage. I was so pleased with the quality and sturdiness of it that I ordered this one. They are both worth the money, and look smart and expensive.The smaller one can be stored inside this one for storage purposes which is a plus. Both cases are surprisingly roomy. The handles are sturdy, and the cases are easy to manoeuvre and light. The good quality lining adds to the look.

I have used this suitcase for 3 trips and on the return from my latest trip the wheel has completely fallen off and the corner of the suitcase badly damaged. It is a badly manufactured and flimsy design and what is worse is the customer service. When I contacted the seller their response was "Just be honest and tell the truth!". I am shocked by their behaviour and will never be buying another product from them again.

Already had the other sizes of this suitcase so bought the medium one as a spare. Very well made and sturdy plus having four wheels makes it easy to move around..

Wheel broke the first time it was used (see photo). No reply from seller after complaining. Would not purchase again as not fit for purpose.

Great fabulous, very well made perfect have handled my first flight with them coming through baggage hall without a mark or damage on casing.
