Product worked great for about 20 seconds, then lost suction. Attempted to use a couple times, same thing each time.Difficult to maneuver due to the bulky motor. Honestly, my old siphon worked much better. Now I can't even get my money back.

Worked good for 2 weeks then suctioning has gotten very weak to point not really suctioning enough to be worth using

Only complaints are that when the package arrived, there were already scrapes, scratches, and damage to the tubing so I’m not sure if the vacuum that was sent to me was actually “new”. This vacuum also sucks up a lot of the gravel which clogs the filter. The instructions were relatively easy to follow, but should be rewritten because I noticed a lot of spelling and grammatical errors which does not seem very professional. Other than that it seems to work ok.

Not the greatest suction power, tried on out 75 gallon, just not easy to get around the ornaments etc.

I'm very pleased with this product. Initially it didn't work (user error) but the seller provided excellent customer service and was prompt in replying to my emails. Once I got it up and running I was surprised how much power it had. I highly recommend this product.Update: Tried using the vacuum today and a loud screeching noise came from the motor and then it just died. Will no longer turn on. Lasted approximately 11 months.

I used this to completely drain a 75 gallon aquarium, worked great. I now use it for maintenance on my 125 gallon aquarium. Only thing I would like to have had come with it is a hose. Although not expensive I still had to get one at my local hardware store.

I used it to clean a small pond. - 3 x 3 feet and 15 inches deep. Not enough suction to pick up dirt and debris. And the dirt trap was tiny.
