Expensive but Useful
To start off, I'm giving this a 3-star review for two reasons:1. The price2. The logoThere are similar items for far less money that are readily available. However, the reason I purchased from TangledWires was their excellent customer service presence here on Amazon. It's obvious they're trying very hard to please their customers, which is awesome. Too many companies could give a fart less about their customers. The other issue I have, that isn't as forgivable, is the logo at the top of the pad. I use this pad 9hrs a day, 4 days a week, however after a month of use (144hrs give or take), the logo began to shear away. I could honestly care less about the logo (no offense to T/W), but the issue is the fact that this made the pad somewhat "sticky" or "tacky". It's because the material is rubbery. I ultimately ended up having to scrape the remaining bits of the logo off so that my mouse wouldn't hang every time I passed over the disintegrating logo. Granted, I imagine it will take most casual users many many months to experience this issue. Still, I think that the use of a logo isn't the best idea, since it's not really a part of the material, and instead added-on.All things considered, it is has helped my wrist pain tremendously, and seems very well made. I like the weight of the pad, and how the back is almost like glue. Where you put it is where it stays. No sliding around and being generally annoying like some other cheap pads.Would I buy another one? Maybe, but the logo thing is somewhat annoying. I definitely don't regret my purchase, though.

Two week review
I've been using this mouse pad for a couple weeks now and wanted to share my experience so far.The good first: It's definitely high quality. the material and wrist rest are very comfortable and are well made. The bottom has a glossy-rubber coating and it does a very good job of gripping the desk without sliding around. I think the price is definitely fair considering the quality. The bad: This may not affect everyone, but the logo is sometimes throwing off my mouse sensor. I have a Razer Mamba mouse, and depending on where the mouse is positioned the logo sometimes changes the path of my pointer. I tried removing the logo but it doesn't seem like it's gonna come off easily. The second issue I have had is the size of the pad (I know, this one is on me for not researching it better). The usable area of the pad is pretty small, which causes the top of my mouse to hang off the top edge and the mouse sensor to be positioned over the logo (leading to my first issue). I've seen in responses for the company that it's designed for a small workspace, so keep that in mind. I've stopped using this for gaming because the bottom of my mouse is either running into the wrist pad or it feels like I'm halfway off the top.All in all, it's a high quality pad, but depending on what you're using it for might not be for everyone. If they made a logo-less, bigger version, I'd definitely go for it.

Great mousepad but it does have a chemical/rubber smell
This is a great mouse pad. I purchased 1 for my office and one for my home. They do what they are supposed to do and are comfortable on my wrists. It is well made and the company shipped fast and genuinely cares about the products and customers. If you are looking for a anice mousepad with ergonomic support you can't go wrong here. There is one negative I noticed about both mouse pads and I removed a star because of it. They have a really strong smell that has lasted several weeks. It off gasses for a long time. At first it was really strong. I purchased this and it was delivered on 1/22/16. I was prompted to write this review when I got to work today 2/9/16 as I still smell the mouse pad. It is not nearly as strong, but the smell is definitely there on both mouse pads. I am not super sensitive to smells in any way so this caught me by surprise. Overall this is a nice mouse pad but the smell could be an issue if you have sensitivity to smell or would be bothered by the smell.

My old pad like this was big and was getting kind of gross ...
My old pad like this was big and was getting kind of gross after how long I've had it. I was happy to find this smaller and less expensive pad, but was worried it would feel weird. (I don't like change) I realized this afternoon, that I have been using this pad for the whole week and never gave it a second thought. The gel is a bit harder than my old one and I wish it had a little more give (hence the 4 stars) but maybe as it is broken in, it will be a little softer. Other than that it is perfectly designed, does not slide around and gives me just the right wrist support. I work 70 hours a week on the computer (bad) and am trying to find as many ways as possible to not hurt my body! Thank you for this great product

It's ok, but not worth $24
The pad does it's job but it is not worth the money. It makes my wrist happy so that's the important thing, but I probably could have gotten something similar and cheaper at Target. I've also noticed that the material used for the pad seems to "restrict" (not the best word but its what came to mind) the movement of my mice. I've used three different types and sizes of mice, and the Apple Trackpad. It seems that the Apple Mighty Mouse works best on this surface, and my other two Logitech mice (M510 and 325) do not glide as smoothly. (And yes I adjusted the tracking preferences). The trackpad was actually not that bad (from a wrist placement perspective). I just placed the entire trackpad on the mousepad, and allowed enough room for my wrist and hand to operate. However, I do not appreciate the seller contacting me directly via email. I purchased the item through Amazon for a reason. If I wanted contact with the seller, than I would initiate the communication.
