Seaton and Jenny's Story was a really good start to the awake and see Dragon series . Jenny is a co-owner of a beachside restaurant and her partner is a real pain . When she comes across three homeless beauties she is very inclined to help . There are two of them that look like golden Greek gods and the female looks like a goddess . They are strange but she feels they would never hurt her . Seton is a awake and see Dragon he nor his siblings know why they been awakened and stranded on land without their dragon forms. There is one consolation they do still have some other powers in human form . They're living on the beach for now and he has discovered the beautiful woman from the restaurant is his mate . He never thought to find his mate fate has deemed otherwise . This story was very entertaining and I think it's a great start for book one and this new series . I loved all the previous gemstones dragons and I think I'm gonna love these as well .

I thoroughly enjoyed how the author sheds light on the goodness of mankind especially when dark and evil things seem to overshadow human nature. Throughout the different series, the author places emphasis on “curvy mates” which encourages readers to embrace who they are and to acknowledge beauty regardless of what society deems attractive. Seaton is the peaceful sea dragon that loves his siblings and becomes fiercely protective of his mate Jenny. One woman showing kindness to three seemingly homeless people changed the way the dragons view humanity as a whole. As danger tends to find Jenny in many forms, Seaton must protect her from the dragon his family least expected to find them. This couple had to overcome a few challenges, but patience and honestly allowed them to grow closer and opened the door for secrets to be revealed. I don’t want these series to end and I love how they all tie together. It’s a must to start with the awakened gemstone dragons!!

Strength, innocence and clarity. Seaton, Marina and Kai Zircon have awakened from their centuries long deep sea hibernation. As Sea Dragon shifters they expect they've been brought back for a purpose, to save the world, humans, even other dragons. Instead they find themselves alone & in the modern world, totally adrift from their expectations. While hiding from this new world they find Jenny. She's a bar owner on the beach on which they've taken refuge. An independent woman, facing typical male challenges, she's swept up in the trio of tall, handsome and naive siblings. Nothing is better than the scenes where the siblings grapple with the electronic devices of their new existence. Seaton is immediately drawn to Jenny and she to him. He is a wonderful protector and terrific lover. She realizes just how alone she really has been. This is a glorious start to another terrific Bolryder series.. Excited for the next book.

It breaks my heart to post this because I love Terry Bolyrider's work. This book did not live up her past works. It felt rushed and incomplete. Normally you'd expect some kind of build up to the connection between the dragon and their mate. Not in this book. First chapter, boom, he was on his way to meet his mate. Second chapter opening, "I might just be in love with this human." and he's already rushing to her rescue. He didn't even have to work to win her. She took him and his siblings home, fed them, clothed them, and gave them jobs at her beach side restaurant. Seaton seduces her the next night and Jenny doesn't resist at all. Almost from the beginning Seaton was thinking mate. There was no beginning back story where it describes when he first laid eyes on Jenny, or his first reaction to her. No discovery scenario of how they ended up waking or on the beach. The whole story was like watching a movie on fast forward. You felt rushed and left behind, like there was a plot in there somewhere but it moved so fast you missed it. This was disappointing for me because the last few books Terry has come out with (see Silver and Platinum) were also like this. The writing was all over the place and constantly referring to some hidden mystery that is meant to keep us reading the story to the end to find out what it is. I HATE when writers do this. It's like having sex with someone who doesn't know WHEN to end the foreplay and get on with it. Eventually you tell them "Oh, forget it! I'll do it myself!" before leaving to go home and finish the job alone. Frustrating as hell.

At the end of "Citrine", we were briefly introduced to the sea dragons as they came ashore. This story picks up after the three-Seaton, Marina and Kai- have been on shore for a few days. Not knowing why they have been awakened or how to find other dragons they try to find help. Jenny owns a bar on the beach. When Seaton saves her from a sticky situation, Jenny returns the favor by helping him and his siblings. I love Ms. Bolryder's dragons and the sea dragons are no exception. Seaton and Jenny were a great couple. The reaction of the three sea dragon's when Aegis showed up was a testament to his reputation. This starts pretty much after Citrine's story ended. I liked that these 3 sea dragons awoke without the Oracle. They had to figure things out on their own. Seaton is a great character. He is normally strong, but confused by all the changes and worried as well. He is the older brother and it shows. Jenny is nice, too. But Season just seemed to shine more to me.There was a little action, some steamy scenes, great characters new and returning and a few twists. I enjoyed this a lot and will anxiously wait for the next one. Try it, but read the series in order: Double Dragons, Tiger Protectors, Awakened Dragons Gem, Rent-a-Dragon, Date-a-Dragon and finally this one. Enjoy!

I absolutely LOVE Terry Bolryder's Awakened Dragon series, and this latest book is just as awesome as her previous ones. This time, it's the Sea Dragons who have awakened, but they're all on their own and have no idea why they are awake and land-locked.Seaton and Jenny are perfect for each other, and although their story isn't as tense or action-packed as some of the other dragons stories, it is still filled with plenty of amusing, sweet, and hot and steamy scenes, as well as introducing a new potential threat.If you enjoy reading Terry Bolryder's books, then you will be sure to enjoy this one!

Enjoyed reading the new experiences for these sea dragons....expertly written to show the complexities for these newly awakened dragons to conform to human life.....strategic ending to include previous stories of the land gem dragons....can't wait to read the next book.

Love the world these dragons now inhabit. The ex was disposed of rather cavalierly a bit more realistically would have been nice. I'm wondering if Marina will be the pearl dragon or will she be clear zircon and her bro cognac zircon ?

Loved, loved lived this book, its a great book to read although I do recommend reading the awakened dragon series first, this book series then makes more sense when the gem dragons are mentioned, but WOW what a fantastic series of boos

definitely enjoyed this book a lot. I really liked the characters and the story. the only minus was that the end was a bit rushed.
