good product
This is a very easy to fit and strong toilet seat so many we have looked at have been very flimsy and could break easily, it was a very good colour match and we feel well worth the money.It arrived as usual earlier than expected and was well packed.

Shell Loo seat
This is the only loo seat that has not come unsecured from our loo and we have been thru loads. Although one of the hinged bolt fixers was missing it's stud and we had to return the first seat, the return was dealt with easily and the replacement arrived quickly. Excellent customer care and a really good product. Secure, easy to clean and matches our suite. Thank you so much.

Wanted a cream shell seat to replace existing, toilet seat is good quality and a perfect fit, only down side was colour as was supposed to be cream and is more a dark champagne so doesn’t match

Seat cover stands erect but seat does not. Keeps on falling off so I had to buy another from Homebase's for £15/ with matching cream colour .
