Love my DHEA supplement. Exactly what i needed to get back on track and the price was great too.

I got away from DHEA, it has been at least a decade since using. So i saw this on Amazon and thought I would try it again. Seems to help relax a little and also sleep better. too early to see any weight loss but last time I tried I lost weight but was also doing more exercising back then.

This vitamin made me sleepy

I'm not sure if it's beneficial yet as I haven't taken it for a month yet and that is usually hope long it takes for me to see any effects. Pills are small capsules and easy to swallow.

I use it to help control hot flashes and general well being. It is hard to find this particular supplement, so I was happy to find it

I have been looking for a natural DHEA product. The dosage is a higher than I usually use so I'm not taking it everyday. I will there was a 10 or 20 dosage.
