I wish it had better case protection for my phone!!
First of all let me say the if you looking for a battery case with phone protection, this is not what you want. This is the first thing i noticed. The front of my phone is unprotected. Also, I don't really care to charge my phone thru the case, don't really know why. I take my phone out of the battery case to charge every night. Be very careful when pulling the top portion of battery case apart. I've seen pictures when people have pulled the top part apart and have broke it. The case does exactly what its designed to do. It charges your phone as if you were plugging it up. Indicater lights work well. However Its a nice battery case..has good weight to it , has a nice hard rubber feel to it...i just wish it had better phone protection.

It is a good looking, good feeling extra power case
Unfinished Idea. I have had The PowerBear for Galaxy Note 4 for a few days now. It is a good looking, good feeling extra power case, however, it does not offer any damage protection for the face and top of the phone. It seems that they forgot to design a "face plate" to snap over the face of the phone. Power wise, it is supposed to give "up to" 125% more use time, but so far I have only been able to get 50% more time. After fully charging the PowerBear to 100%, it took over 4-hours to raise phone charge level from 40% to 73%; then the power began to decline. The PowerBear was depleted.I think the PowerBear is a "great idea" that falls short of being complete. This produce can be useful, but definitely needs further development.

You Need to Get This
I like the PowerBear Extended Charger. It does what it is supposed to do. One of the features that was surprising is that it does not charge your phone while you are actually using it. What it does is keep the battery at the same level that it is on. Now when you are not using it, it will charge your phone. Basically, if your phone is at 25%, the PowerBear will charge it back to 100 percent if you don't use it, but just let it charge. The battery makes your Note 4 a little bulky, but it isn't bad. What you get out of it makes up for the bulkiness. This really helps me when I am in meetings and can't charge my phone.

It's OK.
After using it for a while, I'm going to upgrade it from terrible to "not good." You can't extract your stylus with it on. Calling it a "case" is a misnomer as it won't really protect your phone from a fall, unless your phone falls butter face up. You have to charge your phone separately overnight. The case feels like it'll ruin the usb port in a mishap, and won't really stay on. It feels nice. I appreciate that it's easy to put on and take off. If you like your phone's contours, it leaves the front and sides exposed. You generally need to turn on the battery when your phone drops below 60% if you want to use your phone continuously. This battery simply won't keep up (even with casual Facebook browsing) - only slow down the inevitable loss of power. With average to moderately heavy use, this battery should get most people through the day. This will not get you through a day of Netflix binge or anything similar.

Sleek product, great design.
I was actually glad to put the powerbear to work immediately on my note 4. Aftwr reading the reviews i took apon myself to research the product. One complaint i read from a reviewer was that phone did not charge when connected to the powerbear. Well, if you turn the power off on the powerbear while charging your phone then the phone will chargw, but if you have the power button engaged on the powerbear then only the powerbear will Charge. Overall product is sturdy and i find it comparable to other products. It is sleek and clean looking. Does not add bulk to phone like an otterbox or similar. I gave it five starts for ease of use, sleek design, and convenient power button to engage when phone battery is down

You get what you pay for I guess
I received the case within two days (due to amazon prime). When I took the case out it was charged to 75% and starting to charge my phone without a problem. I do have to say the charging process of the phone on the case is slower than watching paint dry. That night I plugged the case into charge with my phone attached. My phone did start to charge (instructions say phone charges full then charges the case). To my surprise when I woke up the case was still at only 25%. I tried charging the case alone and with multiple different cords and plugs but the case wouldn't charge (it's been on the charger for 6 hours now). I decided to return it for a refund. Can't be that made since it was less than $30, you just get what you pay for.

SOME DIFFICULTY BUT STILL HELPFUL
I ordered this case after spending a day in NYC with a dead phone for most of it. The concept of this case is amazing. Being able to simply press a button and have it charge your phone is great. The case is made of a smooth feeling plastic and fit nicely in my hand but does make my phone feel much heavier. I did find after using it a few times it would not fully charge my phone before it died itself. I also have trouble with the notes app opening by itself when I have the case turned on to charge my phone.

Works as advertised
Since I have used this for a couple of weeks I can give a fair review. It works exactly as advertised. It charges your phone and helps get you through a longer day. Yes you do lose the spen with this on but i use a custom rom so i cant use it anyway. Also I wish it would have charged the phone a little bit faster. It does add some weight but the benefits for me outweigh the negatives.P.S. To charge the phone and case at the same time make sure to turn the case on while its plugged in.
