This is the best and strongest shovel I have ever owned it is heavy and with the steel handle it is very robust highY recommeded

I bought this to keep in my boot during snowy weather - the plastic things sold as 'snow shovels' are useless. It is excellent, and I'm sure will be useful in the garden for other duties as well. It is solidly made, big enough to do the task quickly, but not too big to handle easily. The wooden shaft and 'D' handle are smooth and comfortable to hold, and the bright red working end makes it easy to spot if left lying somewhere. Would have given it 5 stars if the shaft had been longer - I am 5'10'' and find it a bit short. Not a problem digging the car out of snow, but for longer periods of usage, it would strain my back.

Solid, quite heavy but does a great job at chipping through ice when shovelling snow. I would recommend this item and this seller.

I ordered goods from this company through Amazon mid December. The delivery date was promised between the 15th to the 18th of December. They were not delivered and I sent two E mails to the company through the Amazon system. After the 3rd E mail I received a reply on the 26th of December informing me of how sorry they were that I had not received the order and asking if I required a refund or the goods. As of the 5th of January I have had no reply or goods delivered.The service I have received from both Amazon and this company makes me wonder why I bother to purchase through the internet.
