I've had Hyperhidrosis for years and wearing anything other than sneakers was a problem and stressful experience. I moved to a tropical place three years ago and flip flops or any other summer shoes are a must; well...not for me... Recently I found these babies and let me tell you, they are fantastic!!!! For the first time -in my short life-, I wore heels for my 18th birthday dinner. I never would have thought that I would wear heels one day. I did not slip once nor worried about my feet. I will for sure recommend and buy again to put in more of my shoes. I hope it will work for you guys as well as it did for me!

Got these today!!Placed the 1st pair in my new summer sandals.I first trimmed them to fit within the stitching line of the shoe.Then used pinking shears to trim the edges again.Placed them on the insole; drew a line 1/4" from the strap across the toes.Took the sole out, cut with the shears again & rounded the corners of the straight line.Placed them back into the shoe! Easy peasy!!Now I have the 'no-slip' n slide' along the bottom of the foot AND you can see the original color of the sandal insole under the toes.PERFECT! :) ....I will be getting more of these.....I think the leopard will look hot in my read heels! pretty classy

I ordered the wide width and the package said it was wide but from the first time I looked at them they didn't look wide. I bought them for my Crocs thongs because they have these raised grip areas on the foot bed that irritate my feet. These "wide" width inserts did not come even near to the width of my normal width Crocs. They would of needed to be another 3/8" to 1/2 in wider at the ball of the foot to cover all the irritating foot bed. In the areas that were covered the Crocs are now velvety soft and much more comfortable. These would be a 5* if they were wide enough. These wides are only 3.25" at the widest point. (The same width as normal width inserts I have.) Maybe they were mislabeled or something. Anyway I am unlikely to purchase again unless the wide was actually wide. If you have narrow shoes/feet these are a dream.

I bought these because I have a pair of sandals that have leather interior and they make a noise when I walk. I also stand all day and walk over 5 miles a day, however these insoles wore through in less then 2 wears. First wear they were great, helped wick away sweat and stopped the noise. But one completely slid off by the second wear and the other is all mangled. They were also very narrow.

These are great insoles. Purchased in both brown & black. I've used them in several sandals with a vinyl footbed to stop the 'foot slap' sound when walking and stop feet from sticking to the sole. The insoles are very thin so does not change the fit of shoes. Very easy to trim to size with regular scissors. Adhesive has held up well all summer. Suede fabric is soft. Great value for the price!

sometimes I can reuse these if I haven't worn them long enough in a pair of shoes, otherwise I buy more as I find them - they aren't just for sandals, the different colors and patterns (if I can find them anymore) are bright and cheerful, necessary if you are putting on shoes you don't really want to wear to go to a job you don't really want to do, and since I don't wear socks or stockings they are a must for shoes that don't have sueded insoles, and they also can make the shoe fit better if it's a tad too large, helping to stabilize your foot. Hopefully I can find the patterns again, as I love those, but the basic black will do for now. Also keeps the insoles clean, if you want to sell or donate the shoes later on.

I was so excited to find these, and could not wait to receive them. I was very disappointed when I placed, or should I say, attempted to place them in my flip flops. They are very thin as described, and easy to cut a slit in for flip flops, however they did not stick in my shoes. Everytime I walked I could feel the sole come up also. I will be shopping around for another product.

I keep a stash of these on-hand. I am 5'1" so I wear a LOT of high heels. I have super sweaty feet and if I don't use these my feet slide all around and by mid morning my feet are killing me. These soles keep my feet right in place. No sliding. They don't have any padding, which they don't claim to have, so they don't add any bulk. You can buy your shoes in the right size and adding these inserts won't change the size. They don't last forever but they do last long enough and make it possible for me to wear shoes that would otherwise be torcher.
