Arrived in good time, good packaging. I really needed the gel pad on my toe pads and it’s thin there, but the heel part is fine

Check for size
These are good solid insoles - but not quite the right fit for me. I’m a size 5 to 5.5 so went for the smallest size. They are much smaller than expected - I would definitely recommend going for the larger size and cutting them down if you choose these insoles. However, as there is an arch support it is important that this is positioned in the correct place in your shoe.

Don't overlook these
These liners are very good. Low cost foot support. I needed extra support for my long distance walks in walking shoes. I've tried about 6 different brands that were rubbish compared to these. Don't overlook these. They are very good. Heavy duty gel shoe liners that support my heavy body. They don't slip in the shoe either.

It’s good for a short period of time
It’s good for a short period of time, but after a couple of week’s wear, it starts slipping in the shoe.
