Not as supportive as other heel supports
I knew that these would not cure plantar fasciitis but I don't find them any better for comfort than other heel/arch supports I have despite being recommended them by my physio.

They work
I use these inside slippers and they are very comfortable, even without socks. It makes it possible to have plantar support at all times.

No tiene nada que ver la foto de plantilla completa con la talonera que enviaron de gel. Yo tengo una metatarsalgia y lo que me enviaron es sólo para el talón. No me sirve. Recomiendo que se aseguren antes de comprar, porque lo que se ve no es lo que te envían.
