Yes, it’s all in one package. Does not have on/off switch. Only comes on when dark. Very bright, had for two years with no issues

Does it flash in the day or only at night?

it flash only at night automatically. the light will work when the solar panel does not sense the sunshine. Thanks Aolyty

I installed it today and it won’t turn on any suggestions ? It’s night time and it’s not blinking at all ?

For the first use, the light needs to be placed under the sun for several hours to charge. After fully charged, the light will automatically turn on at night. Thanks!
