Messages: The Communication Skills Book Paperback – December 28, 2012

An old but really great beneficial book that is still useful today. I wish this book was included in my psychology courses. It gives the reader a lot of insight about different messages and how to understand others.

Great book

This book was used in a 300 level communication class in college. Teaches the basics to advance communication techniques. Good examples of what is being read verses practiced if readings are used as written. Thought, effort and practice needs to be done to learn what is being read thoughout the book.These teachings of how to communicate can be used in everyday life to advanced business negotiations.HIGHLY recommended.

I have been using the second edition for some years now, and I wanted to refer to the the third edition as I am using it for my teaching... It is a very interesting books as it covers many aspects of communicating.... Thanks
