I bought this hat for myself prior to (finally) leaving corporate, and I wore it for a week or two prior to dancing out! Good fit, quality stitching, airholes in cap, and adjustable strap in rear. My only (personal) beef is that the styling of the rim seems to match that of most retired military caps with what seems to be a slightly elongated bill (or perhaps it's the way the bill is fitted on the cap).At any rate, this is a super retirement cap whether you gift to yourself or to another person. I still enjoy wearing it a couple years later. It doesn't matter if you're male or female - The message you deliver when wearing it gets the point across! Retiring is fun and this cap keeps me and others laughing.

Bought for my dad as a retirement gift and he loved it. he received many compliments. The only flaw I have is the wording , it’ll eventually peel from being heat pressed.
