A good read to make you rethink how you are training...
I already train with Riley and I am not doing the predator method but some of the predator exercises are parts of my training. I downloaded this to read just as interest with being a part of Conviction for 5 months. Even without the intention of following the program in the book, I still found it useful and motivational. Riley offers tips and ideas that help me as a runner and a future OCR athlete. I highlighted a few good things. I already do some of exercises in here with Riley but if you can't actually physically join his program and your goal is to compete in any obstacle race, this read may be a good start. Exercises are clearly explained. Modifications to them if you don't have all the equipment is given. And meal ideas. I loved some of the meal ideas as some I've never considered like tuna and avocado! Easy read. Even if you don't end up following the predator program, it will still make your mind think on how you can train better, healthier, and with the tools to reduce injuries.
