These flashlights are very portable, nice and bright, and you can adjust the scope of the light beam to very narrow or very wide. Good purchase.

These are nice little flashlights for what amounts to about $6 each. They are plenty bright and have different intensities of brightness. The spotlight to wide beam variations work well by sliding the lens piece up and down the barrel. They don't have a real high quality feel, but they serve my purpose to have a few close at hand in case of a power outage or whatever. I wouldn't feel comfortable with one of these as my sole source of light for camping or backpacking, but I'm happy with this purchase.

I had purchased a very similar product on Amazon about a year ago, titled: GearLight LED Tactical Flashlight S1000 [2 PACK] - High Lumen, Zoomable, 5 Modes, Water Resistant, Handheld Light - Best Camping, Outdoor, Emergency, Everyday Flashlights.I thought that these flashlights were the same product, only in a three pack, as they looked identical. When I received them, I noticed some subtle differences, primarily lighter weight (without batteries), and much tinnier feeling. The battery holder compartments seemed a little lighter weight and 'cheaper'. Upon further research, I realized I had purchased the wrong product. My fault! I was very happy with the GearLights and wanted the exact same product. Amazon accepted my return and I reordered the two pack GearLights. I cannot really rate these lights as I never used them, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rated them 5 stars in all categories. Not a very helpful review, I know, but it's the truth.

I generally like this little flashlight. It's powerful and small which is why I got it. I do not like that there are five modes. Seems to be a thing with these flashlights though. There are many sellers selling exactly the same flashlight under different names. Just hold the button down half way and it will cut down on cycling through all options to get to the one you want. The seller said that the flashlight was brighter with the 18650 battery. After much expense (finding and buying the 18650) I would say there is no difference. The AAA works just as well. Unless you have a 18650 laying around unused just use the AAA batteries you have.

Don't use the AA batteries for this! Use the 18650 along with a good charger that can charge a varieties of AA-style batteries for the best value. When I use the 18650, these flashlights will work for many hours. I'm older so I'm used to the old AA flashlights where you'd have to recharge them often. A decent 18650 will drive this flashlight for much longer. Important to note: A lot of the 18650 producers lie about the total storage capacity. There are none that are 9000MhA. At best, these will be somewhere around 2500-3000. So anything above that in the description is just lying. I purchased some mediocre 18650s and they work great. If you get an actual name brand, these lights will be super bright and rarely need a charge. This is my second purchase. I bought a pair of these and gave one to a friend. Then I ordered this 3 pack. Great value!

I liked the size.....easy to use, just press the bottom in, and voila you have a really bright light to see by.You can adjust the brightness. Haven't had it long enough to know how long the batteries last, but assume quite a while. Good buy for the money!

The price is right. Was surprised by the amount of light from such a small light.

This product is a handy size and very useful.

By using different batteries these torches are very versatile. On full power the light is bright and being able to reduce it is a useful facility. I cannot comment on the longevity of the batteries as I have not used all the different types yet.

Decent general use pocket flashlight to keep in glove box or spread around the house but the advertised brightness is way higher than what theses achieve. If they were properly described I would have given them 4 stars. which I now have because they have lasted great. Thee flash mode, SOS mode don't seem like much of an add but they don't interfere either. Does have a good wide to narrow beam that is easy to adjust. New so no idea how long batteries will last but most of these LED lights are pretty easy on batteries. Update, batteries last real well.
