PlaytexPlaytex Handsaver Reusable Rubber Gloves (Medium, Pack - 1)

Good gloves. Keeps my hands dry and fit me well while watching dishes. No complaints.

I am allergic to latex and these are great.

I use these for dish washing to keep my hands from becoming dry. I have small hands but get the medium as don't like my gloves too tight as restrict movement. These gloves are helpful when using hot water as protect from heat, so I am able to use hotter water for cleaning. They are good for gripping items as have little grip texture in palm part of glove. I also like that these are not as thick as some past gloves I have had, as when too thick my fingers do not have enough grip on delicate items such as drinking glasses and small items such as utensils.I have a second pair of these I use when applying self tanner, so my hands and forearms do not get too much tanning product on them while I cover the rest of my body. Then I tan my forearms and hands last for an even tan. May be an addl. odd use for them, but it works well!

These gloves aren’t made to last as long like Playtex Living Gloves and the grips need to be better made!! But they are the only decent gloves that I’ve found!! The former dishwashing glove company must have gone out of business!!! What a shame!!! You can’t improve great😉

I remember my Mother using these same gloves a long time ago and I used to laugh about it when I was little because she looked funny. Anyhow, she still uses them and they look really outdated.Well, I thought I was smarter because of better technology in plastics that are offered today. I purchased Nicor and Latex gloves. I also tried that spray on glove (useless), and none of them did the job that they claimed that they could accomplish.I had to strip the varnish off of one of my doors to my guest house. The chemicals ate through all gloves except one--Playtex Handsaver Gloves. Not only did the trick that one time, but, I used the same gloves for washing dishes, cleaning up after the dogs in the back yard, and I even had the same pair on to wash/wax my car.I just wish they would come in more than one color.I'm not laughing at my Mother again.I hope my review was helpful to you.All the Best toYou and Yours!

Question: Why did I buy these gloves?Answer: I have been having some skin irritations on my right hand fingers. Water and dish washing soap only made it worse and I needed some protection from the elements without affecting my work. These gloves are exactly what I needed. They cover the hand surface very well, they are waterproof and the quality of the material used is good. There is no substantial odor as you would find in some gloves, which is great too. I have been using only a few days, so I may come back later if I notice any issues. But so far so good. One wish I had was I wish these came in other colors too, but for my purpose, color was not a priority.

Too thin

Excellent! One day I realized that my hands would burn after cleaning and washing dishes. I told myself I needed to buy those funky yellow gloves, if not, my skin would get worse. Enter the gloves. They are decently lengthy, they reach half way up my arm. My sink isn't too deep that it would get submerged. The only down side - which I don't care for - is that I can get a little sweaty in them. However, that could be cause I like to use near-boiling water to scrub dishes. (AND, I can't even feel the heat that much.) Would buy again!
